Return to Charleston

As a new tropical Storm Lee was approaching, we tried to wrap up things fast and return to the port before Lee arrives. The last OBS was recovered from the sea at 14:44 UTC, making ‘44’ a lucky number for the cruise. We docked in Charleston in the morning of Sept 14th.

The OBS requires a longer period of data processing. The preliminary results will be presented by Harm and his student at American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting 2023, San Francisco, CA.
